1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using teg.fun (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. What teg.fun is
teg.fun is a front end for a set of permissionless, non-custodial smart contracts deployed on Robinhood Chain. The Site itself does not hold, custody, or control your funds at any point. All token launches, trades, and graduations happen directly on-chain through open-source smart contracts, using your own connected wallet. We do not operate as a broker, exchange, custodian, or financial intermediary.
3. No investment advice
Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Tokens created and traded through teg.fun are not offered, endorsed, reviewed, or guaranteed by us in any way. Anyone can create a token using this Site; we do not vet, audit, or take responsibility for tokens created by third parties. You are solely responsible for any decision to interact with any token or contract on the Site.
4. Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use blockchain-based services in your jurisdiction, and of legal age to enter into a binding contract where you live. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Site complies with local law.
5. Your wallet and your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrase. We never ask for, and never have access to, your private keys or seed phrase. Any transaction you sign is irreversible once confirmed on-chain. We cannot reverse, refund, or recover a transaction for any reason, including mistakes, scams, or lost access to your wallet.
6. Risks
Using the Site involves substantial risk, including but not limited to: total loss of funds, smart contract bugs or exploits, extreme price volatility, illiquidity, third-party protocol risk (including the underlying Uniswap V4 infrastructure the Site interacts with), regulatory uncertainty, and the possibility that any token created on the Site may lose all value or be abandoned by its creator. You should not interact with the Site using funds you cannot afford to lose entirely.
7. Prohibited uses
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or to evade sanctions or other legal restrictions applicable to you.
8. Fees
Certain actions on the Site incur protocol fees, which are defined in the smart contracts and disclosed in the Site's interface at the time of the transaction, plus standard network gas fees. Fees are set by the protocol and are not set or collected directly by any centralized party.
9. No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of funds, profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
